Since being established in 1994, the IWG has always attracted an exceptional group of international leaders across gender equity in sport and physical activity. The new IWG Global Executive will help us navigate the current environment and together, we plan to galvanise the network and help to drive sustainable change.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The IWG Global Executive announcement came as a new IWG global brandmark was also revealed. The symbol is proud and iconic, whilst still fluid and elegant. The stylised \u201cW\u201d symbol represents collaboration, connectivity and unity, and celebrates the dynamism and energy at the heart of the organisation. It is also reminiscent of a set of wings, representing a global network set to take flight in coming years. The concept was developed by independent New Zealand creative agency, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bobsyouruncle.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bob\u2019s Your Uncle<\/a>, working in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/old.iwgwomenandsport.org\/ar\/about\/iwg-secretariat\/secretariat-2018-2022\/\">IWG New Zealand Secretariat<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/old.iwgwomenandsport.org\/ar\/about\/iwg-global-executive\/members-2018-2022\/\">IWG Global Executive<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">New Zealand <a href=\"https:\/\/old.iwgwomenandsport.org\/ar\/release-new-zealand-takes-the-reins-for-women-and-girls-sport-globally\/\">took over as host nation<\/a> for the International Working Group (IWG) on Women and Sport Secretariat &amp; Conference 2018-2022 in October.
