She talks about her family, the direction of her role leading up to the upcoming Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games and Winter Olympic Games, impacts of COVID-19, role models and emerging female athletes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Despite COVID-19, and the barriers faced, Michelle also gives insight to the High Performance Sport New Zealand Women in High Performance Sport Residency programme she is a part of and the supportive environment that enhances further professional development for women in leadership.
