The International Working Group (IWG) on Women and Sport has today announced the dates and venue for the IWG Global Summit, which will take place from 9 \u2013 11 July 2026 at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Birmingham, West Midlands, England.<\/p>\n

As the largest global network dedicated to advancing gender equality in sport, the ninth edition of the IWG Global Summit promises to bring together the most influential stakeholders from around the world to share the world\u2019s best research and insight to help create the impact needed to make changes for systemic gender equality.<\/p>\n

Lisa O\u2019Keefe, Secretary General for the IWG, said: \u201cThe IWG Global Summit will be a culmination, and indeed a celebration, of the secretariat\u2019s time in the UK.”<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is set to be the biggest gathering of its kind, and I encourage anyone with an interest in the topic to save the dates. I am looking forward to announcing more information in due course.\u201d<\/p>\n
