She is the co-founder of the Women Sport Africa Network She is the founder of women and cricket in Botswana and a founding member of Women and Table tennis in Botswana. She is past president and a founding member of WomenSport International (WSI) and represented WSI on the International Working Group on Women and Sport (1994-2018). The latest policy initiative she has participated in is the foundation of Safe Sport International (SSI). Her research has been concerned with various interests related to \u201cequality and diversity\u201d in sport, with a focus on sport and exercise in the lives of girls and women.
