In this role, she led a team delivering more than 20 international matches around Aotearoa New Zealand each season.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">In her new role as Programme Director, Nicky will be in charge of leading all global and local programmes, notably the Sport NZ Women + Girls Summit events in 2020 and 2021 and 8th IWG World Conference on Women &amp; Sport, 5 -8 May 2022. The latter is one of the \u201cbig four\u201d women\u2019s sports events coming to Aotearoa between 2021 &#8211; 2023, with the women\u2019s World Cups in Rugby, Cricket and Football also being hosted.
